Tejas holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and IT, as well as a recently completed LLB. With over 24 years of extensive HR experience across diverse industries, including Engineering, Telecom, Consulting & Advisory, General Insurance, IPC, EPC, Manufacturing, Professional Services, and the Service sector, he brings deep domain expertise to his role. Tejas has served as a Subject Matter Expert in Human Resources for multiple organizations, where he played a key role in aligning HR functions with business objectives. He is also a Master Practitioner of NLP and a Certified Psychometric Assessor in 15FQ, with additional certifications in SAP (HCM) and SuccessFactors (EC) modules.
